What the catalog price includes

Standard starting prices are shown publicly. The final quote reflects the selected product, size, print configuration, quantity, shipping destination, and any approved client discount.

Additional charges

What is priced separately

  • Each additional print location is +$2.25 per unit.
  • Sleeve placement carries a +$0.25 surcharge per sleeve placement.
  • Shipping and applicable taxes are separate from the catalog price.
  • Special sourcing, packaging, or artwork requirements are identified on the quote.

Account pricing

Discounts remain client-specific

  • Any price listed in the public catalog is PrintBere’s standard pricing.
  • Discounts or contract pricing require written approval.
  • Approved pricing appears in the client’s private portal after sign-in.
  • The accepted quote controls if it differs from a public starting price.

Payment timing

Release to production

  • Standard and new accounts pay before production.
  • Credit terms apply only when approved by PrintBere in writing.
  • The accepted quote identifies required payment, artwork, and order approvals.
  • Production timing begins after all required release conditions are met.

Order changes

Changes, credits & claims

  • Changes or cancellations are subject to the accepted quote and production status.
  • Costs already incurred after sourcing or production release may remain due.
  • Credits, replacements, and claims follow the accepted quote or written account agreement.
  • Contact PrintBere promptly when an order issue is discovered.
